1 pc of Steak
Method:
1. Rub a pinch of salt & pepper on both sides.
2. Heat the cast iron pan.
3. Place the steak into the hot pan. 2.5 mins on each side. (3 to 3.5 mins if you prefer a more well-done steak.)
4. Place steak on a cutting board and let it rest for 10 mins.
